As you can see, the recipes section has been divided into American Recipes and Asian Recipes. They are organized in alphabetical order by vegetable/fruit with links to recipes underneath each vegetable/fruit heading. Because there is more American produce grown at the farm, it is divided into A-M and N-Z alphabetical sections. Enjoy!
One of our favorite cookbooks is Andrea Reusing’s Cooking in the Moment. Written by the esteemed chef and owner of the Lantern restaurant located right here in Chapel Hill, this is a cookbook that is organized seasonally and is full of simple and amazing recipes. It’s also a sort of road map and shout out to all of the great little farms we have here in the Piedmont. It includes insights into the delectable intricacies of all the varieties of fruits and vegetables we have at our finger tips. The Lantern has always been so supportive of the local sustainable food and farm movement. We highly recommend both the restaurant and the book.
